What Is the Legal Age to Use a Tanning Bed
The following regulations are in effect as of August 2013. Many states are considering laws to tighten regulation of indoor tanning facilities. Using indoor tanning equipment before the age of 18 increases the risk of melanoma by 85 percent, Gershenwald said.
