What Is Legalization Fee
The following fees are our preliminary service fee for consular legalization at foreign embassies, consulates and missions in Washington, DC. They are “temporary” because foreign embassies at the WDC have different official consular fees and payment terms. Please include the recipient`s name, full return address, including postal code and phone number. If you order a full service that includes authentication at the U.S. Department of State and consular legalization at the embassy, our service fee is $160, regardless of the number of documents + official fee + return. You can pay a full amount for all the cumulative fees/services listed below (e.g., for USDOS authentication and embassy legalization), or you can divide it by category and make separate payments (e.g., one payment for USDOS services and the other for embassy services). However, we prefer full payment to reduce the workload of our finance department to provide invoices/receipts.
