Oracle Legal Org Chart

Oracle Legal Org Chart

At Palisade Compliance, we`ve seen what happens when Oracle customers don`t know how to navigate the murky waters of Oracle legal terms and Oracle sales representatives/LMSs. If it`s done wrong, no one will laugh. Contact us for help taking control of your Oracle relationship. Clients may be so worried about Oracle Legal that they don`t even want to assert the rights they have in their contracts with Oracle. The perfect example is ULA certification, which requires a customer to certify a certain number of licenses to Oracle. However, Oracle LMS will unilaterally engage in this process. A customer will not throw away LMS because they “don`t want to rock the boat” or “are afraid of an audit”. You can view the following information in the flowchart: Well, I recently came across these fun flowcharts for several tech companies, including Oracle (pictured). I won`t go into the other companies (although there is plenty of material for an article or two on each!). Instead, I want to focus on the Oracle org chart and why it`s not really fun for Oracle customers. The organization chart shows the management hierarchy for the selected worker. For example, if you are an employee without direct reports, the organization chart shows your supervisor and colleagues, and if you are a direct manager, the organization chart shows your direct reports. When you print the flowchart, you can select the hierarchical levels to display and the visual alignment.

You can choose what information to display in the printed flowchart. These settings apply to all employee cards in the organization chart. Why should customers feel this way? Well, that`s because Oracle Sales and Oracle LMS use the threat of legal involvement to pressure their customers to resolve issues that may be contentious: “You have to work with us because you don`t want to receive a letter from the legal department.” “If this issue cannot be resolved within 30 days, I will have to refer this matter to our legal department.” These are examples of how the legal threat is clearly part of license compliance or even the sales process. I don`t think it`s something Oracle legally tolerates (you should ask them), I just know it`s something that happens regularly. I admit that my favorite kind of humor is the one that makes you uncomfortable. Maybe you`re squirming a little in your seat. If you don`t see what I mean, then take a look at Larry David in Curb Your Enthusiasm. If you want something more kid-friendly, maybe Steve Carrel in The Office. After one episode, you`ll understand what I mean. Home » Resources » Oracle Strategic » The Fun Oracle Org Chart That`s Not So Funny We strive for excellence. We adhere to the highest possible standards and always try to improve. We adhere to the highest standards of moral conduct and act ethically at all times.

We effectively share our knowledge with each other. We respect the need for confidentiality with respect to certain information. Oracle has a well-documented contentious trend. Whether it`s Larry Ellison successfully suing the U.S. government to enable the acquisition of Peoplesoft and bring down Tomorrow Now and SAP in the software download scandal, or the less successful decision against Google over Java and its use in Android, Oracle will pull the trigger of litigation if it`s in its interest. Let`s face it, who wouldn`t if they think it`s the best/only way to protect their own interests? One would think that this contentious nature would be welcomed by Oracle`s customers. Because when Oracle protects its own intellectual property and helps advance the technology industry. Wouldn`t this also protect Oracle customers` investments in Oracle software licenses and maintenance/support fees? Well, maybe. But in reality, Oracle customers may also fear that the big guns of Oracle litigation could one day target Oracle customers directly. We treat each other with respect and dignity. We value the unique contributions of each individual. We welcome new ideas and dare to try new things.

Problems are solved where creativity and technical know-how meet.
