Products are advertised to existing customers of esure and Sheilas` Wheels and can be purchased online or by phone. Legal & General offers clients who purchase a policy an M&S or Amazon voucher of £75. This move will also benefit esure Group, which is currently focusing on the home and auto insurance market, but will undoubtedly provide a better understanding of the life and protection market from a leading provider, allowing the group to become known as a brand in the life insurance market itself. Roy has joined esure in a new role as Director of Strategy and Transformation. Graham joined esure Group with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Helen has invaluable industry experience, having previously served as Group Chief Actuary at Hiscox Ltd, responsible for managing the actuarial teams of Hiscox`s diversified insurance portfolio. Previously, Helen was a Principal at KPMG. During her tenure at KPMG, Helen was recognized as a specialist in finance and actuarial transformation, as well as a senior actuarial expert for a significant number of UK audits. She has also led major financial and system change projects with Zurich Insurance, Aviva and Direct Line.
This wealth of experience will make a decisive contribution to further growth and transformation. Prior to joining esure, David was Group Chief Operating Officer of QBE, one of the world`s 20 largest insurance and reinsurance companies, responsible for strategy, transformation, digital, technology and operations. Prior to QBE, he was Chief Executive Officer for Europe and India and President of Global Health Insurance at Aviva plc. Earlier in his career at Aviva, David was Chief Executive Officer of UK General Insurance & Group Transformation Officer. He joined Aviva in 2002 after nearly 10 years with the management consulting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. The management team is comprised of executives with an average of 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries, while bringing extensive experience in the telecommunications, retail and energy sectors. He is responsible for the development of esure Group`s strategy and participates in the integration of transformation programs. Helen is an experienced insurance professional with an excellent track record of change. She has a blend of technical insight and a detailed understanding of the UK insurance market and ecosystem. Legal & General has announced a partnership with esure Group under which life insurance policies will be offered to esure Group`s home and auto insurance customers through the esure and Sheilas` Wheels brands. This partnership is a positive step forward for all parties and will increase consumer engagement in the life insurance market. Andy has over 30 years of experience working and leading technology teams in a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, gaming, and telecommunications. Prior to joining esure Group, Andy was CTO at The Very Group, the UK`s largest integrated digital retailer and financial services provider. Prior to that, he spent nine years as CTO at Sky Betting & Gaming and was a member of the management team that led the company through substantial growth and international expansion. Andy has extensive experience leading large technology-driven digital companies and executing agile transformations. Prior to joining esure, Peter was Chief Financial Officer of Virgin Money, having joined Virgin Money from Tesco Bank, where he was also Chief Financial Officer. Earlier in his career, Peter held financial leadership positions at Direct Line Group, Standard Life and Deloitte. Peter was appointed Chief Client Officer on July 1, 2022 and is responsible for our underwriting, pricing and data and analytics initiatives, building world-class trading and underwriting capabilities, and advancing our data capabilities across Esure.
He is also responsible for leading customer, marketing and digital activities, which are critical to the company`s strategy to delight our customers and successfully grow the business. Peter joined esure in October 2021 as Chief Trading Officer. Prior to joining esure Group, Kirsty was General Counsel for Worldpay UK, joining the company following the spin-off of RBS and working closely with Bain Capital prior to Worldpay`s IPO. esure Group is currently seeking legal advisors.
