Ms. Elliott was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer in 2020 and Vice President, Senior General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2018. In this role, Ms. Elliott oversees all legal, regulatory and compliance matters for Parkland, as well as government and external corporate and corporate social responsibility matters across the company. She joined Parkland in 2016 as legal counsel. Mark also provides regulatory advice to clients as part of Canada`s G20 commitment to regulate derivatives. Mark is uniquely qualified to provide this advice because, prior to his focus on trading and derivatives, Mark gained invaluable experience in securities law as a senior advisor to the issuer (among other matters and clients) in connection with the issuance of billions of dollars in public and private equity and debt securities. These files included a project that won Project Finance`s “America`s Oil and Gas Deal of the Year” award and an IPO that, at the time, was considered Canada`s largest exploration and production IPO in the past decade. Ms. Elliott was a finalist for the 2018 Women in Law Leadership Awards, “Leader of Tomorrow,” and has appeared before all levels of justice in Alberta and at the Supreme Court of Canada. Ms. Elliott has also lectured at the University of Calgary`s Faculty of Law, taught legal research and writing, and coached and judged the faculty`s advocacy program.

Ms. Elliott has also lectured on civil litigation for the Legal Education Society of Alberta. Prior to joining Parkland, Mr. Erickson spent 25 years at EG America (formerly Kroger Stores), where he was promoted to President in numerous leadership roles in marketing, operations and merchandising. In this role, he led 15,000 employees and was responsible for more than 1,000 convenience and supply centers in 24 states. As Parkland is growing rapidly in the U.S., we immediately need an in-house attorney to join our growing team in the state of Florida in our Miami office. Ferio Pugliese joined Parkland on December 21, 2020 as Senior Vice President, People and Culture. In this role, Mr. Pugliese is responsible for planning, aligning and executing Parkland`s company-wide human resources strategy and culture to support and develop the corporate culture and realize Parkland`s strategic vision. Ms. Sanker was appointed President of Parkland Canada in November 2019 and leads Parkland`s retail and retail operations in Canada.

Mr. Magnan was appointed President of Parkland International in 2018 and oversees Sol`s operations in Grand Cayman. Not only does he have extensive experience negotiating ISDA Framework Agreements, the New York Credit Support Annex and the UK Credit Support Annex, but he has also negotiated numerous ISDA Framework Agreements to confirm fairness. Marcel joined Parkland on December 1, 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, Mr. Teunissen is responsible for all aspects of Parkland`s financial management, including the Company`s overall financial strategy and capital structure. Mr. Pugliese completed the Ivey Executive Development Program at the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

He also holds a Master of Arts from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor. In 2007, he was named one of the top 40 Canadians out of 40 by Caldwell Partners. In addition to ISDA documentation, Mark`s practice includes advising and negotiating other financial trading documents (detailed confirmations, GTC, etc.) and physical wholesale and retail documentation (power supply and related services contracts, GasEDI, NAESB, condensate supply contracts, etc.). Previously, Mr. Magnan has held several leadership positions at Parkland, including Interim Vice President, Procurement, Trading and Refining and Vice President, Corporate Development from 2017 to 2018. He joined the company in 2015 as Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Parkland, Mr. Magnan was a principal at Pierre P.G. Magnan Professional Corporation, then a partner in law firms at Gowling WLG LLP and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and a partner at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York. Lord. Mr. Smart joined Parkland in 2014 as Director of Corporate Development and has held various leadership positions, including Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development.

Prior to joining Parkland, Mr. Smart was a portfolio manager at Teachers` Private Capital, the private equity arm of Ontario Teachers` Pension Plan, where he obtained, valued and managed energy-related investments. Prior to joining Air Canada, Mr. Pugliese was Executive Vice President of Customer Service and Corporate Affairs at Hydro One, where he oversaw all aspects of the company`s customer, marketing and corporate affairs. He spent more than nine years at WestJet as Executive Vice-President, Human Resources and Culture before becoming President of WestJet Encore, WestJet`s regional carrier. Prior to that, Mr. Krogmeier led global sourcing and product trading at Chevron, one of the largest downstream portfolio companies. He brings world-class downstream business experience in many aspects of the downstream value chain, including product sourcing and trading, marketing, crude oil sourcing and joint venture management. In 2018, Mr. White was named Retail Leader of the Year at the National Convenience Industry Summit and is a founding member of the Convenience Industry Council of Canada. Mr. White was appointed Senior Vice President, Strategic Marketing and Innovation in 2018. In this role, he is responsible for defining Parkland`s customer value proposition and competitive positioning across all international business units, including branding, product management, loyalty, analytics, digital, media planning and public relations. Prior to joining Parkland, Mr. Teunissen was Senior Vice President, Finance, Integrated Gas and New Energy at Royal Dutch Shell, where he was responsible for the financial management of Shell`s global LNG portfolio and emerging new energy business. In addition, Mark has assisted a number of clients in acquiring and establishing trading and derivatives businesses, including Parkland Fuel`s acquisition of Elbow River Marketing, Glencore`s acquisition of Viterra, and TMX`s acquisition of NGX (gas and electricity), Watt-Ex (power and related services) and NetThruPut (crude oil).
