The card ban that accelerated the decoupling of Vintage, Lurrus is a fun but harmless card in Commander. He can be a good leader for a captivating deck, like when I recently presented Logan Isch`s Tribute to Cici-Deck. Mox Amber makes things worse because it costs zero and taps into mana from a legendary creature or Planeswalker that you control.
